Ms. Alam is the founder of KeyStone Solutions and was instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing this proprietary web-based project tracking, reporting and compliance platform. With over 30 years of experience, Ms. Alam has provided ongoing support to her clients on over 10 billion in multi-funded capital facility funding programs while adhering to the rigorous compliance requirements mandated by State and Federal agencies.

Ms. Alam’s areas of expertise include designing customized Citizens’ Bond Oversight Committee (BCOC) Reports as well as Annual Reports to the Board and other stakeholders that are tailored to each client’s unique circumstance.

Ms. Alam also assists her clients with multi-year Strategic Cash Flow Planning Tools that integrate the various components of a school district’s school funding program, including a myriad of revenue sources, project types, timelines, draw schedules and future revenue projections. These tools provide key decision makers valuable insight needed to set project priorities, plan future projects, and avoid revenue shortfalls.

Ms. Alam strives to build cooperative relationships between her clients’ construction management teams, business and facilities key decisions makers, accounting staff, and other consultants for generating accurate and up to date information from a central point of contact. This type of collaborative effort helps clients better manage their multi-year, multi-funded capital facility funding programs.
