Ms. Alam's expertise includes administration of CFS' various Municipal Funding Programs including the Bond Advancement Program, Land Bank Program, Bridge Funding Program, and CFS' Flexible Interest Rate Funding Program. Her responsibilities include coordinating the closing of these programs, developing and implementing project accounting/tracking processes and administrative support systems, preparing project payment schedules and prepayment analyses, coordinating and updating compliance systems, preparing periodic program status reports and fiscal year-end reports, Citizens' Oversight Committee Reports, and ongoing CBO cash flow reports and board updates.

Ms. Alam's extensive experience as lead analyst for CFS' Municipal Funding Programs facilitated her insight into school districts' internal accounting systems and project tracking methods, leading to the development of CFS InternetAccess. Ms. Alam continues to develop new tools and reports that are beneficial to our school district clients and end users.
