“For the past 10 years, Yuba Community College District has had a very large Capital Facility Program primarily funded from local General Obligation Bonds and State Capital Outlay Funds. Unfortunately, the District’s fiscal system, like most K-14 fiscal systems, is extremely limited in its ability to produce adequate reports for operational management, Board summary reports and our Citizens’ Oversight Committee (COC).  Consequently, we struggled to properly track and monitor facility projects across multiple years and funding sources, resulting in a major burden on staff time related solely to our capital program.  We hired California Financial Services because they offer a full range of KeyAnalytics services that includes ongoing Operational and Bond Compliance Services provided by professional, experienced support staff for a great value.
