Establish and update eligibility for New Construction and Modernization State Funding
Develop strategies that integrate State Funding with local priority bond projects to maximize project funding
Prepare facility master plans
Develop educational specification
Prepare documents for California Department of Education (CDE) Plan Approval and School Site Approval
Prepare and file funding applications to Office of Public School Construction (OPSC) for New Construction and Modernization Programs
Prepare board resolutions and transmittals for OPSC/CDE required for funding applications
Assist District in the Career Technical Education Funding Applications
Prepare periodic expenditure and progress reports for OPSC for funded projects
Assist District in close out audits for funded projects
Serve as a liaison to the OPSC and the CDE to facilitate processing of the State applications and supporting documents for approval by the SAB and subsequent apportionments from State school bond funds
